Privacy Policy
At InnerWorks, we prioritize protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you engage with our website and services.
Information We Collect:
Personal Information
We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, and other contact details. This typically occurs when you fill out forms, request information, or contact us directly.
Non-Personal Information
We may automatically collect non-personal information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and browsing behavior on our site.
How We Use Your Information
The information we gather is used to:
- Provide, enhance, and maintain our services.
- Respond to your inquiries and requests.
- Share updates, promotional materials, and newsletters.
- Analyze website usage and trends to improve your experience.
- Protect the security of our website and users.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your data is shared only under these circumstances:
Service Providers: We may partner with trusted third-party providers to support services such as website hosting, marketing, and communication.
Legal Obligations: Information may be disclosed to comply with legal requirements, such as subpoenas or government requests.
Business Transfers: If InnerWorks is involved in a merger or asset sale, your data may be transferred to the new entity.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience. These small files collect non-personal data about your interactions with our site. You can adjust your browser settings to manage or block cookies, but doing so may limit some website functionalities.
Cookies, Analytics and Your Choices
When you first visit this website you are asked whether to allow optional cookies and tracking. Until you choose, no optional tracking runs. You can change your choice at any time using the "Privacy choices" link at the bottom of every page.
Strictly necessary. These run regardless of your choice because the site cannot work without them: the cookie that remembers your privacy choice (cb_consent, kept for 12 months), and the online booking service that shows our appointment and contact forms. That service processes the information you type into its forms in order to deliver it to our office, and may set cookies so the forms work correctly.
Analytics (only if you accept). We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand which pages are visited and how visitors reach us. Google receives your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you view on this site, and sets cookies beginning with _ga. We do not send Google the contents of any form you submit. Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy
Advertising (only if you accept, and not on every page). We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It runs only on general pages of this site, such as the home page, our service overview pages, memberships, packages, reviews, locations and the blog. It does not run on pages about specific conditions, treatments or programs, or on our contact, booking, search and patient information pages, and it never receives information you type into a form. Meta receives your IP address, browser information and the pages where it runs, and sets cookies beginning with _fbp. Meta's policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy
Browser signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline and do not show the choice card.
What "decline" does. Analytics and advertising tools are not loaded, no cookies from those providers are set, and any that exist from an earlier visit are removed. The site works exactly the same either way.
Maps. Maps on this site are embedded from Google Maps and load with the page so you can find our office; Google may set cookies through the map, under Google's privacy policy.
Data Security
We employ measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse. While we strive to protect your data, no online transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You have the right to:
- Access and update your personal information.
- Request the deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational obligations.
- Opt out of receiving promotional communications by following the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn of unintentional data collection from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted here, with the revised effective date. Please review this policy regularly to stay informed about our privacy practices.
