Inflammation Support
Patients working on long-running inflammation often add ozone sauna sessions alongside the rest of their plan as a gentle, heat-based form of support.

Schedule Your ConsultationAn ozone sauna treatment is a seated heat session in a chamber that combines warmth with medical-grade ozone absorbed through the skin, while your head stays outside so there is nothing to inhale. At InnerWorks it is screened, supervised, and scheduled like any other part of your plan.
Ozone sauna therapy allows ozone absorption through skin while promoting sweating and improved peripheral circulation. You sit inside a heated chamber with your head outside, and a controlled amount of medical-grade ozone is introduced into the chamber around your body.
It differs from an infrared sauna in one important way. Infrared saunas use heat alone for sweating and relaxation. Ozone sauna combines heat with medical-grade ozone absorbed through the skin, which is why our team treats it as a provider-supervised service rather than a walk-in amenity.
Patients use it to support circulation, skin health, and their body's own detox pathways, and many pair it with other ozone or recovery work. It is supportive care, not a cure, and it works best as one part of a broader plan.
Medical ozone is not FDA-approved as a treatment for any disease. We say that plainly because it matters, and we only offer ozone sauna after screening.
Heat opens the skin and lifts circulation. Ozone adds a second input on top of that warmth. An ozone sauna puts the two together in one quiet session, which is why patients who already like sauna time often ask for it next.
Every first visit starts with screening. Your provider reviews your history, medications, and heat tolerance before you ever sit down, and the staff running the chamber watch how you respond from start to finish. Among the other ozone treatments we offer is ozone IV therapy (MAH) in our IV lounge.
Curious whether ozone sauna fits your plan? Book a session or ask about it at your next visit and we will talk it through first.
These are the goals patients most often bring to the ozone sauna. None of them replaces a medical workup, and your provider decides whether it fits.
Schedule an AppointmentWhat changes when an ozone sauna sits inside a supervised clinic instead of a spa.
Pregnancy, severe cardiovascular instability, heat intolerance, and certain medical conditions all change the answer. We ask first, and the plan follows what your provider finds.
The chamber closes around your body only. Ozone should never be inhaled, so the setup keeps your face and airway outside the chamber for the whole session.
Sessions use medical-grade ozone, are controlled from outside the chamber, and are watched by staff who can stop the session the moment you want out.
Ozone sauna can sit next to IV ozone, heat and cold work, or your nutrition plan. Your provider sequences it deliberately instead of stacking sessions at random.

Ozone sauna at InnerWorks runs inside a medical practice supervised by Dr. Luther Quarles IV, DO, MS. That means screening before your first session, medical-grade ozone, trained staff at the controls, and a clear conversation about what ozone sauna can and cannot do for you.
Heat is one tool among many here. The ozone sauna sits alongside cold plunges, red light, and compression in the InnerWorks Recovery & Performance Lab, so your sessions can be planned as a system instead of one-off visits.

When performed correctly, yes. Sessions use medical-grade ozone, your head remains outside the chamber so there is no inhalation, and treatments are controlled and monitored by trained staff.
Ozone sauna may not be appropriate for pregnancy, severe cardiovascular instability, heat intolerance, or certain medical conditions. All patients are screened before treatment.
Starter protocols run 4 to 6 sessions. Optimal results typically come from 8 to 12 sessions, scheduled 2 to 3 times per week initially, then weekly or biweekly for maintenance. Your provider sets the plan.
